Support for EU buckets

I was having some trouble trying to get the amazon uploader to work, using the sample code provided. It wouldn't give an error but nothing was ever added to my bucket.

I created a new bucket with a US location and the same code seemed to work fine. So it seems that the uploader doesn't support EU buckets.

I have never tested it with EU bucket. It shouldn't be different though. Use fiddler to see what kind of response you get. Use non SSL ro see the response. I am sorry I don't have EU account to test it.
